Abstract­-----In the line development of information technology has entered to areas life. One of area is education. And the requirement for availability program of computer aided instruction is increasing. This is caused the learning acquired in school sometimes attracted less attention of students. One the concept of Physics is force. With the advances in technology, the media can be used more diverse. One of the media is an interactive-multimedia based learning media. With this media, the concept of force an abstract can be visualized with a more concrete and interactive. So with this research aims to design and development a learning that is expected to overcome the constraints that have limited time constraints of both the delivery of classroom contents, teachers' lack of variety and constraints in the delivery of contents. This design of application research implemented by Adobe Flash Professional CS5 with ActionScripst as a programming language, and conduct due diligence with the technique Likert scale. from the test that aspect of percentage not good 0%, aspect of percentage poorly 0%, enough 6.67%, 50.67% good, and percentage of aspect very good 42.67%, the average value of 4.34 with a very good category. Based on these results, can be explained that this application has been feasible to be implemented as a tool for teachers in the delivery of content.
